Responsibilities
- Prepare and present report to Legal Manager.
- Responsible for creating a database of deeds, licenses, and company agreements, include monitoring contract record filling and providing list of contract.
- Performing review contracts and drafting agreements involve vetting of all legal documents, negotiating, providing legal advice, and supporting responds legal issue as well.
- Ensure that the contracts and all legal documents are in compliance with the statutory or legal requirement, identify and provide feedback related to potential risks and implement the proposed solutions.
- Ensure the validity of the corporate legal documents and conduct the renewal by coordinating with government institution.
- Doing review and monitoring the company’s policies related to the government’s regulations.
- Providing fulfillment of company legal aspects and permits of the company’s business.
- Conduct preparation, review, and modification of contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure which where legal risks have been identified appropriate courses of action have been taken.
- Provide and interpret legal information, conduct training and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to the team (Legal Officer).
- Responsible for performing legal updates on new statutory and regulations.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor Degree majoring in Law.
2. Experienced in the same role minimum for 1 - 3 years.
3. Fluent in English both spoken and written.
4. Good knowledge and familiar with agreement contract, Intellectual Property (IP) Regulation & etc.
