Job Mission:
- Introduce new products and coordinate the process development for these products.
- Manage the input and output development of local R&D and manufacturing across various factories.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the manufacturing introduction of new products and follow up on trial production (Pilot).
- Evaluate the manufacturability of new products based on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines.
- Manage and control the manufacturing process of new products, ensuring compliance with customer quality standards.
- Ensure the timely completion of process development in line with project timelines.
- Monitor and control costs during the process development phase.
- Support product manufacturing process audits as required.
- Oversee the acceptance and release of new product manufacturing processes.
- Issue and manage PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and control plan documentation for the overall manufacturing process.
- Coordinate the implementation of product and process change plans effectively.
- Share experiences and insights to support continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Drive ongoing improvements in manufacturing processes and manage external change requests.
- Strictly adhere to confidentiality agreements and information security policies, ensuring the protection of company data and compliance with information security standards.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electronic product process development.
- At least 2 years of experience in project follow-up and management.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of electronic technology and electronic testing methodologies.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Experience with New Product Process Design and Development.
Project Management and Quality Management Systems Skills:
- Proven ability to manage and oversee projects from inception to completion.
- Familiarity with IATF16949 standards and quality tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA).
Language & Communication Skills:
- Proficiency in a foreign language (English or other) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in international teams.
Financial Management:
- Experience in financial planning and management for projects.
