Job Mission:

  • Introduce new products and coordinate the process development for these products.
  • Manage the input and output development of local R&D and manufacturing across various factories.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the manufacturing introduction of new products and follow up on trial production (Pilot).
  • Evaluate the manufacturability of new products based on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) guidelines.
  • Manage and control the manufacturing process of new products, ensuring compliance with customer quality standards.
  • Ensure the timely completion of process development in line with project timelines.
  • Monitor and control costs during the process development phase.
  • Support product manufacturing process audits as required.
  • Oversee the acceptance and release of new product manufacturing processes.
  • Issue and manage PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and control plan documentation for the overall manufacturing process.
  • Coordinate the implementation of product and process change plans effectively.
  • Share experiences and insights to support continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Drive ongoing improvements in manufacturing processes and manage external change requests.
  • Strictly adhere to confidentiality agreements and information security policies, ensuring the protection of company data and compliance with information security standards.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines).
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electronic product process development.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project follow-up and management.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of electronic technology and electronic testing methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Experience with New Product Process Design and Development.

Project Management and Quality Management Systems Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage and oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Familiarity with IATF16949 standards and quality tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA).

Language & Communication Skills:

  • Proficiency in a foreign language (English or other) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in international teams.

Financial Management:

  • Experience in financial planning and management for projects.
