TikTok Content Creator
Job description
Your responsibilities as a TikTok Content Creator will primarily be focused on Digital Presence of our client in TikTok platforms. You will be responsible in creative production (pre-post production) start from brainstorming until execution for our clients Marketing Campaign and also supports in safeguarding the brand's reputation and ensuring the on-brand implementation of brand operating standards and programs.
Responsibilities
Proficient in video production process, starting from brainstorming and scriptwriting to editing. A strong understanding of current trends, particularly portrait videos, is a plus.
Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy for TikTok, including content calendars, copywriting, and post captions.
Monitoring and analyze social media performance metrics daily to identify optimization opportunities and ensure content is published on schedule.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends and campaign strategies.
Generate monthly reports to track performance and inform future content for client brands.
Qualification
Bandung based, Work from office
A Bachelor's degree in every major, especially in communication
Experience in content creation, production, or social media marketing is a plus.
Proficient in video editing tools like CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other tools.
Strong understanding in marketing languages and depth knowledge of TikTok Platform
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a fast response time.
Familiarity with KPIs and analytics is a plus, for tracking and measuring social media performance.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.

Can work on tight deadlines while working on multiple projects
