Role Overview

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, leadership, and hands-on execution to ensure marketing efforts align with the company’s objectives.

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and market expansion.

2. Brand & Market Positioning

  • Drive demand generation and customer acquisition through innovative marketing techniques.

5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Translate market insights into actionable strategies to enhance market share and business growth.

6. Stakeholder & Customer Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, media, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in public engagements, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the chemical, industrial, or B2B sectors.
  3. Proven track record in strategic marketing, brand management, and digital marketing execution.
  4. Experience in the Indonesian Oil and Mining industry and a high-growth company is a plus
