Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our garment sourcing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, along with an understanding of garment sourcing and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Management:

  • Identify and approach potential clients (brands, retailers, wholesalers) to offer garment sourcing solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Assist clients in selecting suitable fabrics, designs, and production options.
  • Negotiate pricing, order quantities, and delivery timelines with buyers.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports for management.

Order Coordination & Follow-up:

  • Work closely with the merchandising and sourcing teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Track order progress and update clients on production and delivery schedules.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns related to order quality, delays, or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inquiries, and client communications.

Market Research & Business Development:

  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the customer base.
  • Stay updated on garment production processes, fabric types, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or a similar role in the garment/textile industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals with clients.
  • Basic knowledge of garment production, fabrics, and sourcing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
