  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Descriptions :

  • Placement at Santa Theresia Hospital, Jambi, Jambi City, Indonesia.
  • Monitor data updates and employment changes in the HR databases (HCM), prepare reports and share the analysis with stakeholders and provide system administration
  • Prepare and drive the communication plan for the year and manage HR communications
  • Document and maintain the company policy handbook and system user guides
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to bring in HR Process Automation
  • Support to conduct employee engagement activities
  • Manage HR data on the Intranet share point page accurately
  • Maintain statutory compliances and support with audits
  • Drive the online Performance Management Process and provide system administration
  • Drive the Rewards and Recognition program and look after the distribution and repository
  • Support to plan the Service Award Function

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Psychology/ Human Resources Management, Law, etc. (Master Degree is preferable)
  • Hospital experience with knowledge of hospital accreditation / renewal, training, recruitment & HR related work
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems Interest and experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills is a must
  • Analytical and logical thinking, ability to multi-task, take complete ownership of tasks
