Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Accounting Specialist located in Cilandak Jakarta, The Financial Accounting Specialist will be responsible for

  • Receive documents from internal or external
  • Verify the validity of the documents
  • Process invoices and collections
  • Recording financial transactions and understanding the basic accounting journal
  • Perform account reconciliation and monthly/annual closing
  • Accrue income and expenses on certain accounts & maintain the accrual accounts
  • Maintain and update accounting records and files

Qualifications

  • Have experience role in Finance and/or Accounting, especially in financial industry (Insurance / Brokerage, etc) 1-3 years.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software
  • Strong Communication skills both for internal and external purpose
  • Pay attention to details and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
