Role Purpose:
- Develop and Implement Media Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of media strategies for IM3, IM3 Platinum and HBB across both digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.

- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional media projects, coordinating efforts across teams and managing media agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Industry Monitoring: Stay updated on media trends, competitive activities, and emerging platforms, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance media strategies.
- Media Innovation: Drive the adoption of new media tools, platforms, and strategies to ensure that the IM3 brand remains competitive in the rapidly evolving media landscape.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on the performance of media campaigns, using insights to inform future strategies and continuously optimize ongoing efforts.
- Vendor and Agency Management: Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and agencies, ensuring accountability, timely delivery, and effective collaboration to meet campaign goals.
Scope of Work:
Media Strategy and Campaign Execution
- Lead the development and execution of media strategies for the IM3 & HBB brand across both digital and offline channels.
- Integrated Campaign with Media Approach: Develop and execute integrated media campaigns that align with IM3’s brand objectives and business goals across multiple channels (digital, offline, social media, OOH).
- Media Laws Compliance: Ensure all campaigns adhere to IOH Media Laws.
- Media Benchmark and Metrics: Establish and implement key media performance metrics and benchmarks to track the success of campaigns, using industry standards and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Full Funnel Planning: Design and implement media strategies that cover the full funnel—from awareness to consideration and conversion—ensuring that each stage is measured and optimized for impact.
- Standardized Audience Segmentation: Apply standardized audience segmentation methodologies to ensure that media targeting is precise, tailored, and resonates with the right consumer groups (based on demographics, behaviors, interests, etc.).
- Creative Excellence: Collaborate closely with creative and production teams to ensure that all creative materials (ads, banners, videos) are optimized for media channels, reflect the brand identity, and are designed for maximum impact and engagement.
- Media Planning and Implementation: Create and manage detailed media plans, ensuring proper allocation of resources and seamless execution across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and brand teams to ensure that ads are aligned with the overall media strategy.
- Manage media vendors and agencies to ensure campaign execution meets deadlines, budget, and performance goals.
Leadership and Project Management
- Lead cross-functional media strategy projects, coordinating efforts across internal teams and external agencies to achieve successful campaign execution.
- Provide strategic direction for media planning and ensure alignment with the brand’s overall business objectives.
- Manage agency performance and optimize media plans in collaboration with external partners, ensuring that campaigns are effectively delivered.
Media Budget and Vendor Management
- Manage and track the media budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Work with media vendors and creative agencies to ensure commitments are tracked and campaigns remain within budget.
- Oversee the performance of external media vendors to ensure accountability and efficient delivery of services.
Monitoring Industry Trends and Competitive Activity
- Stay updated on media industry trends and alert the team to potential advantages or opportunities that can be leveraged for IM3 campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze competitive media spend and activities, delivering key insights and ensuring that the IM3 brand maintains a competitive edge.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams such as brand management, digital services, and regional marketing to ensure media strategies are aligned with business objectives.
- Provide regular reports on media campaign performance, utilizing insights and analytics to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
- Support other teams by sharing media insights and recommendations that align with broader company strategies.
Consumer Analytics
- Conduct customer analysis by collecting data and analyzing user interactions with media platforms to inform future campaign strategies.
- Regularly research competitors' media activities and provide reports that offer insights into potential media strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major preferred management/communication/science/mathematics/business/telecommunication
- 3+ years' experience as Media Officer, at least 1 year experience as Senior Media Strategy
- Familiar with Digital and Non-Digital Media Strategy, Brand and Product Campaign, Google Green Belt
