Role Purpose

The role is intended to Define, Plan, Develop, and Improve IT Architecture and Solution capacity in the IOH Cloud & Infra Solution area that include IT Infra, IT networking, IT Cloud Partner Solutions, IT Monitoring solution and IT Orchestration Automation

The role responsibility is to Define, Develop, Plan, and Improve roadmap and solution, maintain the architecture, and ensure the solution implementation together with Enterprise Security, handover to Digital Delivery, Digital Service Operations and Business Engagement, Strategy & Planning for Cost and budgeting focus on cost efficiency and operation excellency in the Cloud and Infra Solution Area

Job Description

  • To Define, Develop and Improve on Data Center Infrastructure strategy, architecture, and roadmap for IOH DC (On-Prem) and Cloud Partner DC
  • KEEP UP with global trends and technology update, UNDERSTAND business direction and DEVELOP principles and selection method accordingly for the most suitable partner and technology.
  • To Define, Develop and Improve on high-level use-case development of the solution which represents the value of the proposed solution in terms of investment and cost of resources required the desired business outcomes in Data Center Infrastructure area
  • To Define and Propose annual budgetary plan which includes budgetary of new capabilities, capacity expansion, features enhancement and system transformation in Data Center Infrastructure area
  • Responsible for architecting and implementing infrastructure solutions that meet the operational needs of CDO Organization. Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of infrastructure systems.
  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Implement automation and orchestration tools to enhance operational efficiency in the Data Center Infrastructure area
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure architecture, configurations, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualification:

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in telecommunication / computer science / computer engineering,

Related Experience:

Minimum 10 years experiences in IT related function in Telco company

Minimum 3 years experiences in managing of the IT DC and Monitoring area

Skills:

Experience in Infra DC solution and Cloud Solution focusing on Infrastructure area

Experience in Project Management Office and apply suitable approach for organization to accelerate, simplify process but still able to manage, track, and control the delivery.

Experience Partner Management engagement, performance, monitoring, and review.

Has good and broad knowledge of latest IT & Digital technology on Infrastructure area

Strong knowledge of networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.

Familiarity with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
