Here are some details about this positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other departments for assets and promotions
  • Plan and assist with content schedules for social media and marketing
  • Building, handling, creating content, and managing the company's social media accounts and website
  • Initiating, exploring, and maintaining community interaction
  • Track and analyze periodically and reports to gain insight on traffic, audience, and effectiveness; utilize this information to affect future outcomes positively.
  • Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns
  • Demonstrate a robust understanding Instagram and TikTok trends, social media trends, and algorithms to craft compelling ad content
  • Exhibit a personal passion for the fashion industry and in-depth knowledge of fashion trends.
  • Create and manage social media contents (Instagram's Ads - Reels - Posts & Tik Tok) on regular basis
  • Layouting, editing, retouch photos or videos and sharing daily content that produces high quality results
  • Develop ideas and storytelling ideas to create innovative and high-results social media contents
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase the company's brand awareness
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs) in creating fabulous social media contents
  • Develop impressive marketing strategies to increase the engagement of the followers on our social media platform
  • Stay updated with the social media trends related with the company services
  • Analyze the performance of the contents' marketing strategies along with its social media post and adjust strategies along with its social media post and adjust strategies when necessary to optimize results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in social media specialist, social media community management, social content creation, content-planning, or a related field.
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations or relevant field.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in written.
  • Good at copywriting and public relations
  • Stay updated on social media trends.
  • Strong in research, organization, and time management.
  • Understand how to craft content, find topics and angles that engag
  • Proven portfolio and experience as a short video (Reels Social Media) creator.
  • Excellent storytelling ability and creative thinking, with the capability to adapt to changing trends and challenges.
  • Stay current with the latest social media best practices and industry trends.
  • Preferably candidates with background on fashion industry.
  • Proven experience in creating ad content scripts.
  • Having a huge database of KOLs or influencers is a bonus.
