Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Lead the design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.
  • User Research: Conduct in-depth user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals, requirements, and timelines.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products. providing feedback and support to foster their professional growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and improve existing designs, enhancing usability and overall experience.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in user experience and interface design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing "live" mobile projects in B2B.
  • Design tools capabilities such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methods, and design best practices. Sharp eye for sophisticated, visually appealing design.
  • Implement best practices in UI/UX design; stay updated on trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive designs. Experience working in cross-functional teams and a collaborative mindset.

Actively engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the design process. Ensure high-quality deliverables by maintaining design standards and conducting thorough design reviews. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve design processes and outcomes. Understand the impact of design decisions on user behavior and business objectives, using data to inform design improvements.

Interview Stages for Shortlisted Candidates:

Initial Screening:

  • Candidates will be evaluated based on their portfolio, experience, and skill set related to the role.

Design Test:

  • Shortlisted candidates will be assigned a test design task that focuses on creating or refining a single screen design.
  • The task will be issued with a 5-day research and completion deadline.
  • Must incorporate user-centered design principles, ensuring the design is both functional and visually appealing.

Submission & Evaluation:

  • After completing the design, candidates will submit their work for review.
  • Submissions will be evaluated on creativity, usability, attention to detail, and alignment with the problem brief.

Design Presentation:

  • Candidates will present their design, explaining their design choices and any changes made during the process.
  • They will be asked to justify their decisions based on research, user experience principles, and any trade-offs considered during the design process.

Feedback & Discussion:

  • Interviewers will provide feedback on the design, and candidates will be expected to engage in a constructive discussion about their work and improvements they would make based on feedback.
