  • Utilize online directories, industry reports, and social media (LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups) for lead sourcing.
  • Data Collection & CRM Management
  • Maintain an updated lead database with customer contacts, business details, and potential needs.
  • Organize leads in CRM software for tracking sales progress.
  • Analyze collected data to segment leads based on priority and readiness to purchase.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach
  • Assist in sending introductory emails, WhatsApp messages, or making cold calls to prospects.
  • Set up initial meetings or product presentations for the sales team.
  • Follow up with leads to assess interest and provide additional product information.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis
  • Track the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness.
  • Provide weekly reports on lead generation activities and suggest improvement strategies.

Requirements
  • Final-year student or recent graduate from a reputable university.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (including EYD) and English (grammar).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in using Excel.
