Key Responsibilities:
- Lead targeted hiring initiatives for specialized roles across multiple departments.
- Oversee and execute large-scale recruitment campaigns to meet high-volume hiring demands.
- Innovatively source, screen, and shortlist candidates using advanced recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of specific role requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with real-time candidate information.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, HR, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in both targeted hiring and mass recruitment.
- Background in banking or financial institutions is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques, including university partnerships, social media, and job boards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Experience with ATS and other recruitment software.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to recruitment challenges.
