  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead targeted hiring initiatives for specialized roles across multiple departments.
  • Oversee and execute large-scale recruitment campaigns to meet high-volume hiring demands.
  • Innovatively source, screen, and shortlist candidates using advanced recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of specific role requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with real-time candidate information.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, HR, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in both targeted hiring and mass recruitment.
  • Background in banking or financial institutions is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques, including university partnerships, social media, and job boards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience with ATS and other recruitment software.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to recruitment challenges.
