Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for the Sales Director position. The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Sales Operations and Customer Service expertise
  • Team Management capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in the Indonesian Oil and Mining industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in sales management
  • Experience in managing more than 100 salesman team in specialty chemical business
