What is this role about?
- Consult customers and close sales through telephones in multiple countries in Bahasa/English.
- Can accommodate customers in different time zones (willing to work different shifts which suit the growing markets)
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate course opening and class scheduling
- Provide excellent after-sales service and follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction
- Collect information and address customer feedback
- Review weekly sales performance and plan for the upcoming week(s)
Who are we looking for?
- 1 year Ed-tech & sales experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor degree (preferred)
- Communicate fluently in Bahasa.
- Always put the customer at the centre.
- Love selling, don't be afraid to be rejected
- Good organisation skills with effective time management skills
- High teamwork spirit and determination to achieve sales goals
- Able to adapt to a fast and dynamic working environment
- Strong work ethic and professional working style
