About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QC Section Head to join our Palm Oil Refinery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control within the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our products, contributing to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures and protocols
  • Supervise and manage a team of QC technicians and analysts
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in quality control processes
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformances
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control activities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of quality control practices
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in quality control


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Palm Oil Manufacturing industry, specifically in a Palm Oil Refinery setting
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in using analytical instruments and techniques relevant to the industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
