Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various departments such as Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Legal, etc., to assist in developing product launch/new market entry strategies and brand/product development plans.
- Collect relevant market data, competitor data, and provide market landscape and competitive analysis to help define brand strategies.
- Organize company sales/marketing resources, provide operators with GTM sales plans and sales tools, and achieve sales/profit targets.
- Develop product roadmap planning and offer recommendations to the R&D department for new product development.
- Assist in establishing product GTM business processes, produce product sales materials, and provide product knowledge and support for the sales team.
- Conduct business analysis, assist in preparing weekly reports, monthly presentations, and other related materials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of work experience.
- Good knowledge and skill in data analyst.
- Must have practical experience in either Consumer Goods GTM/Product Analysis or Consumer Brand Consulting; experience in the Health and Wellness industry and/or GTM/brand experience in Southeast Asia is preferred.
- Proficiency in English as a working language.
- Strong product and market analysis skills are preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and excellent execution ability.
