Job Description

This KPI-driven role is focused on sustaining and growing revenue and profitability. It requires significant engagement with current and prospective airline partners to build strong, strategic partnerships in Vietnam.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Market-Level Commercial Negotiations: Spearhead airline agreement negotiations within assigned scope to secure competitive terms and drive revenue.
  • Cultivate Airline Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with airline partners, prioritizing high-value, strategic partners. Act as the face of Traveloka in assigned markets, representing airline commercials.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a direct report, providing guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Liaise with internal teams in product, marketing, an analytics to drive supply effectiveness, price competitiveness, and inventory optimization.
  • Drive Strategic Insights and Business Growth: Provide actionable insights for business strategy and support initiatives in business development, product enhancements, and user experience improvements.
  • Stay Industry-Savvy: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of travel and airline industry dynamics, including competitor models, market trends,
  • Optimize Systems and Processes: Leverage and refine existing business tools to maximize team productivity, ensuring alignment with Traveloka’s operational goals



Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or Social Science from top local or international universities.
  • Minimum 5 years in travel industry, with specific experience in e-commerce or OTA sales and supply
  • Understanding of the airline, OTA business, and 3PS with an ability to navigate industry trends
  • Ability to manage and achieve performance targets
  • Willingness to travel, conduct partner visits and work beyond office setting as needed
  • Excellent communication skills with strong intuitions of tourism and airline sectors
  • A strong drive to make things happen and ability to influence
  • A proactive mindset with ability to foster partnerships
  • Capable of working autonomously with minimal guidance, demonstrating quick learning and results-driven.
  • Ability to lead a team member
