You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the F&B Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
Qualifications
- Ideally having a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism and/or related background.
- 5 (five) years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage Operations Management experience.
- Service-oriented style with professional presentations skill.
- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service, and ability to improve the bottom line
- Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must & banqueting experience will be an asset.
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English.
