  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We're seeking a motivated Software Quality Assurance Intern to join our team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you'll learn fundamental software testing principles while contributing to our quality assurance processes.

Position Details

  • 6-month full-time internship (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM WIB)
  • On-site role at Jakarta Barat office
  • Paid internship with monthly stipend
  • Able to start within 1 week of acceptance

Job Responsibilities

  • Help create and execute test cases for functional testing, verify bug fixes, and maintain test documentation
  • Learn API testing fundamentals using Postman and execute basic test scenarios
  • Document software bugs using JIRA with clear, reproducible steps and appropriate severity levels
  • Participate in requirements review sessions to understand new feature development under mentor guidance
  • Collaborate with development teams in daily meetings to understand system requirements while learning agile methodologies

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing (Senior year) OR recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance concepts
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify and solve problems systematically
  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts and test case design
