Key Responsibilities:

- Team Development: Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales goals and enhance overall team performance.
- Strategic Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to refine sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT consulting and services with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Network: Established and influential connections within banking, retail, and telecommunications sectors.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT consulting and services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or degrees are advantageous.
