Responsibilities
- Brand Voice & Guidelines: Develop and maintain a consistent brand tone and copywriting style, ensuring clarity, cohesion, and alignment with SuperAI’s identity.
- Multilingual Copywriting: Write and edit marketing materials, ads, and digital content in both English and Indonesian, adapting messaging to local contexts and cultural nuances.
- Ads Copywriting: Craft persuasive copy for all advertising campaigns—across digital, social, and traditional channels—ensuring consistent brand messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread and review copy to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with designers, product managers, and external agencies to develop cohesive, on-brand materials that meet business objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Use analytics and feedback to refine copy and optimize engagement, leveraging data to iterate on future campaigns.
Qualifications
- 2–3 Years of Experience: Demonstrated success in copywriting or content creation roles, ideally at a top-tier startup or agency.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Indonesian, with a deep understanding of linguistic and cultural nuances.
- Brand Development: Proven track record of establishing or evolving brand tone and communication guidelines.
- Digital Content Expertise: Familiarity with social media platforms, online advertising, and web copy best practices.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail in both languages.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to craft engaging stories and messaging that resonate across different audiences.
