You will serve as the Stream Leader of Celengan for Retail Urban Lenders, collaborating closely with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement acquisition and growth strategies, including campaigns, channel offerings, promotions, and features, to attract new lenders and increase the ticket size of existing lenders

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in relevant roles (growth marketing, project management, product ownership)
  • Strong skills in marketing, project management, and stakeholder management
  • Sound business acumen and strong negotiation skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and lean organizational structure
  • Proven track record in acquiring and managing counterparts in the financial sector (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through on projects from inception to completion
  • Proficient in working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in both professional Indonesian and English in a work environment
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, charting, and other basic functions)
  • Familiar with Google products (Google Sheets, Drive, Docs, Slides, Forms)
