  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a new beauty product concept through in-depth research into market trends.
  • Create product brief and give ideation for marketing point.
  • Participate in a product development project, including sending samples and collecting feedback based on users' skin conditions.
  • Innovate new products regarding texture, packaging, and other aspects involved in the product.
  • Engage with internal and external end-users to gather insights that inform product decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • Minimum 1 years experience in Beauty Product Development
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Keep up with beauty market trends, both local and international, regarding products, ingredients, and consumer needs.
  • Have a broad and extensive knowledge of beauty ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast.
  • Able to conduct research on current market trends.
  • Capable of synthesizing data from various feedback sources in order to inform decisions in prioritizing and designing product features.
  • Have knowledge or records proven of creating a good product idea/launch.
  • Able to do full WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
