Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy or another related major from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3,4 is required
  • Previous experience in handling solar PV (experience from a Solar PV Developer background is preferred) for at least 8 years
  • Proven ability in providing technical specifications and drawings of solar PV
  • Proficient in using PV simulation software such as PVSyst, Helioscope, and Homer
  • Have a strong understanding of electrical codes, particularly in PV design
  • Good numeracy skills, with a strong ability to complete analytical tasks

Job Descriptions:

  • Establish minimum technical standards for PV plant design and PV component calculations (e.g., PV string sizing, cable sizing, breaker sizing), along with providing CapEx budget guidelines.
  • Define minimum O&M standards and provide corresponding O&M budget recommendations.
  • Coordinate O&M vendor tenders, including the preparation of Scope of Work (SoW) and Scope of Services (SoS) for projects handed over from EPC to DMS, as well as managing O&M contracts.
  • Provide guidance for O&M activities conducted on-site
