Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Having 3 years of experience in personal care, preferably skin or face care
  • Have experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing projects successfully
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ability to operate Microsoft (Microsoft Excel is a must)
  • Possess good communication and influencing skills in English and Bahasa

Responsibilities:

  • Creating detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines. Track and update project status, ensuring all tasks are on schedule and ability to adjust to changing requirements, priorities, or scope during the course of a project
  • Ensuring that every aspect of a project is tracked and managed meticulously
  • Coordinate with team members to assign and monitor tasks
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports
