This position serves as a collaborative partner and liaison between Carey's internal ministries ensuring cohesive brand, marketing and communication strategies while maintaining brand integrity. The role also oversees the management of the college enrolments and community events portfolio.

Using proactive and measurable approaches, the Executive Manager identifies ways to strengthen the Carey brand, conveying key messages and engaging new and existing audiences in alignment with Carey’s mission and vision and bringing our brand to life.

Under the leadership of the Director of Education and in partnership with Carey Principals, the wider Carey Leadership and internal services team, this position will lead and manage the planning, delivery, evaluation and improvement of brand and marketing within the Carey ministries.

What You Bring

  • A deep understanding and experience of creating brand awareness, driving brand impact and developing and implementing creative strategies.
  • A mix of strategy and hands-on execution to specifically ensure each college campus continues to be highly regarded in our local communities, enhancing consumer acquisition and retention.
  • Ability to lead a team to ensure strategic imperatives are implemented on time, to the highest standards and consistent with brand and values.
  • A relational posture with a belief that building trust starts with empathy and good listening.
  • A values driven approach, bringing Kindness, Courage, Respect, Humility and Integrity into everything you do.
  • An appreciation for diversity and genuine desire to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
