Responsibilities

  • Verify leads submitted from media sales and website
  • Execute campaigns, promotions, and activations through outbound calls to the customer database
  • Verify the progress and status of our customers' applications to partners
  • Ensuring good service delivery through customer insights
  • Call customers who use our service to gauge the quality of their experience with us and partners
  • Respond to customer inquiries asking about our product or partner product
  • Execute operational process regarding commission disbursement from partners and to customers

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in customer service, with telemarketing or sales experience being a valuable plus
  • Familiarity with banking or financial services or industry is a big plus
  • Proven experience in phone-based support and calling customers to collect feedback or verify information, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and experience quality
  • Strong communication and relationship management abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel for tracking product updates, managing customer applications, and organizing data from partners
  • Basic knowledge of marketing or product promotions is a bonus
  • Quickly pick up and understand financial product concepts to assist customers more effectively
