PT Dwi Tunggal Jetty is a coal stockpile service company located in South Jakarta, Indonesia. Our site is located in Berau, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. We are looking for a full-time on-site role for a Penanggung Jawab Operasional (PJO) located in Berau.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and report all activities in jetty area.
- Oversee all aspects of the technical function.
- Monitor all tasks and activities and support team members to resolve issue/concern if any.
- Develop systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operational management.
- Review and approve vendor and contractor documentation, including drawings, calculations, and material certifications.
- Ensure project completion is in accordance with the set targets and ensure that it runs effectively and efficiently.
- Evaluate targets and outputs.
- Prepare and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on the jetty operation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors, to ensure alignment and address technical queries.
- Act as the main point of contact for our site
- Coordinate with management to share reports and findings analysis
- Ensure and adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with HSE to prevent and minimalize risks.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Mining/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as PJO or similar role within a focus on coal mining and stockpile facilities, preferably in big mining contractor.
- K3 Certification, other mining certifications, POM or above.
- Having experienced to plan and execute for barging operation production at least 100,000 metric ton a month in open pit mining.
- Preferrably doers and thinkers, at least doers, and mastering barging plan.
- Having knowledge and experienced in barging is a plus.
- Good leadership, managerial, presentation, and report writing skill are a must.
- Excellent Technical knowledge.
- Good understanding of contracting, procurement and commissioning.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Having a good work ethic, good analytical skills & proactive in a demanding situation.
- An excellent team player, and respectful to others.
