Job Description:

This role of Sales and Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing and sales strategies to enhance Liquid client’s, one of the newest beach club in Bali.

Focusing on visibility and profitability. This role involves overseeing the creation of marketing materials, managing public relations and partnership, and driving sales initiatives to attract both new and repeat customers. The manager will work closely with other departments and internal agency team to ensure a cohesive brand message and optimize customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the brand's presence and market share. This includes digital marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
  2. Sales Initiatives: Design and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets. Develop promotional offers and packages tailored to various customer segments.
  3. Public Relations and Communications: Manage all aspects of public relations, including press releases, media relations, and event management. Ensure consistent and positive messaging that aligns with the brand’s identity.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand current trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform marketing and sales tactics.
  5. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing and sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
  6. Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments such as operations, customer service, guest relations and marketing agency to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction.
  7. Event Management: Plan and execute events that promote the beach club, attract crowds, and enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry especially in Bali
  3. Strong Leadership Skills: Experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve sales and marketing goals.
  4. Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional ability in both verbal and written English and bahasa Indonesia communication.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong capability in market analysis and leveraging data to drive strategy.
  6. Creative Thinking: Ability to craft innovative marketing strategies and promotions.
  7. Digital Savvy: Proficient in digital marketing techniques and social media platforms
  8. Organizational Abilities: Excellent at managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
