Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality E-Commerce Specialist located in Gianyar. The Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, improving customer service processes, analyzing e-commerce data, and enhancing communication strategies to drive sales and optimize customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the E-commerce Manager in daily operations, including managing online booking platforms (e.g., [list specific platforms])
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
