Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Supervisor located in Kecamatan Kuta Selatan. The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for supervisory tasks, customer service, communication with guests, handling receptionist duties, and conducting training for spa staff.

Qualifications
  • Supervisory Skills and Training abilities
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in handling Receptionist Duties
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of spa operations and treatments
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
