  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

1. Final-year student or fresh graduate (Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
2. Internship experiences in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Strategy, or Data is a plus.
3. Detail-oriented & organized
4. Proficient in Google Workspace especially Excel/Google Sheets, flowcharts design tools, including data tracking, reporting, and visualization flow.
5. Willing to work in shifts.
6. Onsite (hybrid) position in Batu, Jawa Timur, with willingness to travel if required.


Job Description :
1. Operational Monitoring & Support
2. Assist in tracking and monitoring key operational processes such as deposit, registration, withdrawal, and escalated customer complaints to identify areas for improvement.
3. Collect and review feedback related to current processes and regulations.
4. Process Improvement & SOP Review
5. Assist in evaluating and refining operational SOPs to improve efficiency and compliance.
6. Support the implementation of new procedures and standards for operational workflows.
7. Performance Tracking & Reporting
8. Generate periodic performance reports for management review.
