Job Description
- Understand and comprehend the process of handling non-motor vehicle retail claims, including Damage Protection, Gadget Protection, Electronic Protection, and Product Assurance.
- Manage the process of handling miscellaneous claims, which includes claim assessment, analysis, and identifying indications of fraudulent claims.
- Assess a high volume of claims within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while making prudent claim decisions
- Monitor outstanding claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Read and comprehend policy wording to ensure compliance and accurate claims processing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling retail claims; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and the Google ecosystem.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in English.
