Job Description
  • Understand and comprehend the process of handling non-motor vehicle retail claims, including Damage Protection, Gadget Protection, Electronic Protection, and Product Assurance.
  • Manage the process of handling miscellaneous claims, which includes claim assessment, analysis, and identifying indications of fraudulent claims.
  • Assess a high volume of claims within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while making prudent claim decisions
  • Monitor outstanding claims to ensure timely resolution.
  • Read and comprehend policy wording to ensure compliance and accurate claims processing.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling retail claims; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and the Google ecosystem.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in English.
