Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial, operational and administrative support to Senior Management.
  • Acting as adviser to the company directors
  • Handling Corporate Planning (Meeting Management, Functional Integration & Regional support, Process Management, Confidential Management, and Chassis Management)
  • Working closely with the Risk Management Division in managing reputation risk.
  • Ensure compliance obligations under relevant laws and the requirements of regulatory authorities are met

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Law, or Public Relations is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Have excellent communication skill (written & spoken) in English & Bahasa
