Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls or chats and provide accurate and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Offer assistance and support to customers who report complaints or issues.
  • Guide customers in accessing or performing troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications

  • Willing to work in shifts.
  • Willing to be placed in Bintaro, South Tangerang.
  • Last education level: Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1).
  • Must have experience handling live chat.
