Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls or chats and provide accurate and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Offer assistance and support to customers who report complaints or issues.
- Guide customers in accessing or performing troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Willing to be placed in Bintaro, South Tangerang.
- Last education level: Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1).
- Must have experience handling live chat.
Salary: UMR Jakarta 2025
