We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving growth and expanding market reach. This position will oversee the entire Offline sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop target sales strategy, implement and ensure excellence in executions and implementation to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and trade marketing programs.
  • Manage promotion budget of total channel
  • Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing company's overall sales strategy
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Managamenet, or similar field
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales, especially in baby food/snack categories.
  • Have a 5 years of work experience in the same field
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building skills, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, and have strong decision making abilities
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
