Head of Hospitality Operations
Job Descriptions:
1. Develop effective strategies and evaluate in collaboration with business leaders to meet financial and operational targets across all hotels.
2. Continuously improved standardized all aspects of operating procedures to ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency throughout the hotel chain.
3. Actively engage in expansion activities, acquisitions, and partnerships to drive company growth and achieve targets.
4. Monitor and coordinate related to expansion and renovation projects across all hotels, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and performance targets.
5. Develop annual operating budgets, monitor financial performance, and cultivate positive relationships with investors and stakeholders to optimize business opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.
2. Have minimum 10 years experience in hotel operations management, especially in a chain hotel industry
3. Have minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
4. Deep knowledge related to Hotel Management, Hotel Operation & System, Financial and Business Acumen and Strategic Management
