Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality plans and procedures in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Reviewing project plans and construction methods to identify ways to improve quality.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define quality objectives and criteria.
  • Monitor and inspect project activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Creating reports on quality inspections and submitting them to management or relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all quality-related activities, including inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective action plans.
  • Provide training and guidance to project team members on quality standards and procedures.
  • Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of project deliverables.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate quality-related information effectively to project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Work in accordance with the instructions provided by your supervisor.

Qualification
  • Bachelor degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in construction project, particularly in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in EPC Project on Petrochemical/Chemical/Oil & Gas.
  • Demonstrated to develop and implement quality plans and procedures. Conducting quality audits and inspections & proficient in quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001.
  • Has knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory requirements and standards of Petrochemical and Chemical industry relevant to the EPC project.
  • Have knowledge of construction standards, such as ISO, ASTM, ASME, or other relevant standards.
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management software is important.
  • Fluent in English skills both spoken & written.

Willing to work as contract based (1 year), and this position will be placed at site office project.
