Responsibilities

  • Plan and explore ways to reach our potential partners
  • Strategize the priority in engaging potential partners
  • Ensure our ideas and value proposals are well communicated to our potential partners
  • Able to assist in managing relationships with our partners
  • Notify our partners if we have a referral for their financial products
  • Escalate and follow up on referral progress to partners
  • Inform and validate information that we gather about our partners
  • Collect and advocate needs from our partners
  • Problem-solve if there are issues related to our partners
  • See opportunities on how we can help our partners grow from our platform values

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership and/or related roles in banking or financial services/industry is a must
  • Experience in building new relationships and maintaining relationships with third parties will be beneficial
  • Accustomed to making written documents such as presentations or summaries as a medium to communicate with third parties
  • Having personal experience to ever applying savings account, deposits, credit cards, loans, and/or other financial products is a plus
  • Familiarity with using Google Suite and experience in Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work persistently
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Fluent in Chinese is a plus
  • Naturally friendly, approachable and a service-oriented person. Fast response is a must
  • The role involves a high level of independent work, including keeping track of updates from partners and maintaining partners' PIC without direct supervision
