Ownership & Strategy
• Support the development and execution of the e-commerce strategy to accelerate online sales growth across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) to align goals and deliver outstanding online performance.
Platform Management
• Manage day-to-day operations across key e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, and others.
• Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns to ensure visibility and competitiveness.
Data-Driven Decisions
• Analyze e-commerce sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
• Create insightful reports to track KPIs and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Partner Engagement
• Build strong relationships with e-commerce platform representatives to secure premium placements, promotional support, and joint marketing activities.
Innovation & Optimization
• Stay ahead of digital trends, implement best practices, and drive innovation in the online customer journey.
