Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse - Ungasan at Bali Beginnings located in Kecamatan Kuta Selatan. The Nurse will be responsible for providing compassionate care to clients undergoing drug and alcohol treatment. Daily tasks may include administering medications, monitoring patient progress, collaborating with the treatment team, and providing emotional support to clients.

Qualities we are looking for

  • Registered Nurse license
  • Experience in addiction treatment or mental health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate care and support
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience working with individuals in crisis
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Good in English

Main Functions

  • Understand and follow the instruction of the Doctor / Head nurse as required
  • Ensure client medical needs are being met
  • Deal with (or escalate) any medical client issues
  • Meet regularly with the Doctor and Head nurse to address any matters of concern, and to consider the effectiveness of delivery
  • Monitoring client conditions and assessing their needs
  • Attend regular medical team meetings

Salary : Rp4.000.000/month starting salary

Type : Full time

Shift : 22 days/month with 3 separated shifts/day
