We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team in our Regional Talent Solutions business (visit https://talenthub.glints.com/ for more information) to help grow our mission in Asia to ensure world-class operational excellence and deliver on Glints’ “Toyota for Talent” value promise. In this role, you will leverage raw data analytics skillsets to help make Glints' Regional Talent Solutions better, faster and cheaper. This person will lead data analysis and visualization, support insight generation and problem-solving as well as develop and implement data collection systems and databases.

This role will report directly to the Data Analytics Lead based in Singapore.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Solve immediate challenges while building for the future: Implement short-term workarounds to address urgent business needs while designing long-term, scalable data collection and analysis solutions
  • Extract, configure, and structure data: Work with back-end databases and data lakes to ensure seamless data retrieval and transformation
  • Develop impactful dashboards: Build and enhance real-time data dashboards to track pipeline management, conversion funnel metrics, and sales performance indicators (e.g., time-to-fill, fill rates)
  • Drive insights through analytics: Generate weekly analytical reports leveraging internal product data to provide business intelligence and critical insights
  • Partner with leadership to solve operational pain points: Conduct deep-dive analyses to diagnose trends (e.g., identifying causes of declining sales activity or inefficiencies in time-to-fill metrics)
  • Optimize team performance with data-driven decisions: Leverage historical data to guide operational teams on high-impact areas (e.g., directing sales teams toward the most time-efficient opportunities)
  • Maintain and enhance documentation: Ensure clear documentation of key data points (e.g., Amplitude by EO-Q2, A/B testing tools, heatmaps) to improve analytical efficiency

Who We Are Looking For

  • 1-3 years in roles such as Data Analysis, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Consulting, or related fields
  • Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and generating actionable insights using tools like Python, SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel modeling
  • Proven experience in building data systems and dashboards, including both short-term solutions and sustainable architectures (e.g., integrated data models, CRMs, ERPs, Metabase, Amplitude, HubSpot)
  • Proficient in extracting and configuring back-end data from data lakes and manipulating data tables
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a sense of urgency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate analytical findings clearly. Mandarin proficiency is a plus
  • Adept at influencing key stakeholders and collaborating across teams
  • A self-starter with excellent people skills, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
