Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identifying emerging market trends and industry shifts.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet sales objectives.
  • Presenting sales, revenue and expense reports to the senior management team.
  • Developing and executing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arranging business meetings with prospective clients.


The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • A degree in Chemical Industry.
  • Proven sales track record in selling Polymer products including Engineering plastics, and commodity plastics.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in English and local language.
