Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Tangerang. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for communicating with customers, driving sales, generating regular sales reports to monitor performance and achieve targets, and delivering excellent customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Sales Engineering and Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively sell and promote products.
- Communication and Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Sales Performance: Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with updating the CRM system on a daily and weekly basis.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry is a plus.
- Educational Background: A minimum of an Associate's degree (D3) in any field or a related field is required.
Required Skills:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
- Sales Skills: Proficient in sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor appropriate technical and financial solutions.
