The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, be fluent in Mandarin, and possess a solid understanding of financial processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate and timely general ledger entries.
  • Perform monthly and year-end closing processes.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Monitor and report on financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address any accounting-related issues.
  • Ensure that all financial records are complete, accurate, and in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related finance role.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
  • Solid understanding of general accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel (advanced skills).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Willingness to work in Demak.
