Responsibilities:
  • Recruit participants for product testing and market research initiatives.
  • Conduct interviews with potential testers to assess suitability for projects.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback from interviews and testing sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define the scope of testing needs and participant profiles.
  • Compile detailed reports on testing outcomes, user insights, and market trends.
  • Perform market research to identify trends, user behaviors, and potential areas for product improvement.
  • Manage and maintain a database of testers and market research participants.
  • Present findings and actionable insights to the management and product teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience in market research, user research, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interviewing and recruiting participants.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and feedback to extract key insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with survey tools, user testing platforms, and data analysis software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Duration:
  • Ability to commit 2-3 hours per day.
  • 3 months (60 working days).
