- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, agreements, legal memorandums, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on regulations, compliance requirements, and relevant legal issues.
- Support the legal team in preparing notifications, letters, and regulatory filings.
- Assist in the implementation and refinement of agreement templates, internal compliance policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with the legal and regulatory teams to oversee compliance with corporate and industry regulations.

- Contribute to case management and assist in legal risk assessments.
- Maintain and update the company’s regulatory database with clear and concise information.
- Prepare legal reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly updates for internal and external reporting.
- Manage and organize legal documentation, contracts, and compliance records to ensure easy retrieval and proper filing.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and coordinating team activities.
- Monitor the working schedule of the legal team and provide timely reminders to ensure consistent work performance.
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, and presentations for legal and regulatory matters.
- Serve as a liaison between the legal team and other departments to facilitate smooth administrative processes.
- Support the team in handling document execution, notarization, and official filings when needed.
- Ensure legal reporting is prepared accurately and on time, including regulatory submissions and corporate compliance reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive legal matters are handled with discretion.
- Assist in tracking and managing expenses related to legal and regulatory matters.
- Contribute to identifying process improvements, best practices, and administrative efficiencies within the legal department.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- While prior legal experience is not mandatory, previous internships, clerkships, or volunteer work in a legal environment is preferred.
- Strong research skills, with the ability to analyze legal texts and provide concise summaries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
- Time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
