PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Strong understanding of social media in a professional setting and how to leverage social media/viral messaging as part of a PR strategy
- A team player who is positive, hands on and able to get the best out of a team
- Drive and resilience to deliver excellence amidst tight timelines and changing circumstances
- Minimum 3 years professional experience at a similar position with proven track record in marketing communication
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Communication/Management from local/overseas top university
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementing marketing and communication strategies that promote the company's brand and enhance its reputation.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy : Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, take full ownership over communications strategy and deliver campaigns that drive brand, reputational and commercial growth.
- Stakeholder Management : Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business so they understand our positioning and what Ciputra Artpreneur stands for to achieve a consistent message
- Internal Communication : Work with the Board on their own personal communication tactics.
- Brand
- Take the reigns for brand refresh and work to develop a suite of multimedia content to target our audience
- Plan and spearhead marketing events and other campaigns to strengthen public relations and our company’s presence where it matters the most.
- Content: Collaborate with content teams and distributing partners to ensure an integrated marketing strategy that works smoothly on all its levels.
- Digital Marketing
- Direct the development and execution of a sound digital marketing strategy based on market and consumer research.
- Develop the required changes in the digital marketing strategy based on timely data given by analytical tools.
- Direct social media efforts on various social networks, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Expand partnership with social media influencers to increase the company’s brand reach and strength.
