Responsible for implementing strategies through the Lean Manufacturing methodology for the reduction of losses, scrap control, efficiency, and all those priority losses that are identified in the production process.
- Guarantee a 100% safe operation, without accidents.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards during product manufacturing.
- Promote a favorable work environment based on respect, closeness and empowerment of their team.
- Design and maintain production planning systems with planning teams.
- Define strategies to reduce waste levels based on root cause analysis methodologies
- Identify opportunities to improve the operational efficiency of production lines.
- Design strategies to comply with the financial controls
- Collaborate and influence with the areas of Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Research and Development, SHE, Quality and Finance for the development and launch of new products.
- Actively participate in the development and control of the budget.
- Lead engineering projects to increase operational capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science
- Master degree will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing processes
- Familiar with Planning and demand simulation
- Familiar with Data Analytics tools
- Advanced English
